What Milly Wore: Granny Florals

Floral Playsuit: £24 ASOS sale :)

I love this playsuit, it's so gosh darn cute
and in this warmer weather I thought it would be great.
It is lovely don't get me wrong, but there is no stretch in it whatsoever,
so you cannot bend over or sit down without feeling uncomfortable
Looks 10/10 Practicality 5/10

Black Leggings: Topshop

Leopard Hair Bow: Dolly Bow Bow

Now my hair is getting a bit longer I'm trying to do more things with it!
These kind of wire bows are great,
and the Dolly Bow Bow ones are much thicker wire than the high street ones you get,
so  they stay secure much better

Lipstick : Mac Pink Plaid

I cant really remember what other make-up I'm wearing
but the lipstick is deffo Pink Plaid which was a lovely gift from a friend!

Nail Varnish: O.P.I Mad Hatter (Alice in wonderland collection)

Chanel - esque Watch: Sekonda @ Argos (quite cheap as far as I can remember)

Pink Patent Leather Ballet Pumps: Bloch Via TKMaxx £20 ish RRP £100

Have you been enjoying playsuits this summer?

Visual Sweets: Decoden Nails

Bonsoir!

Just thought I would show you a little of what I have been up to recently!
As part of my Combined Studies degree (mainly photography)
I have been taking some make-up modules
which I have absolutly adored!

and over the last month or so I've been doing a project on Japanese trends
So below are my attempt at crazy decorated japanesque nails!

I've totally loved doing 3D funky gel nails,
and have learned TONNES

would you ever wear nails like these??

Andrea Fulerton Nails, and a Rhinestoned phone case!

Hello readers of mine!
How are you all doing this chilly February day?

Although I have not been blogging much recently, I have still been reading a lot of blogs
and this nail varnish by Andrea Fulerton caught my beady eye!

Its the trio layering system in the colour petrol and water,
and I absolutely larrrfff it!
It was £7.99 from superdrug and I think it was well worth it.

You put the base coat on which is a kinda blacky muddy colour,
which I don't really like on its own,
but once you put the shimmery topcoat on it totally transforms!

It looks turquoise in some lights as above

and its a bit purply in other lights,
almost like a duochrome!

Also its lasted so so well,
seriously I have had it on nearly a week,
and there is just a bit of tip wear, and next to no chipping
I'm super impressed,
nothing lasts that long on me!

I'd love to try the other colours but reports so far show
the others just are not as good as this colour combo!

Also I've been meaning to show you for forever,
do you like my phone case?
I did it myself using the same technique I used in one of my very first posts
for rhinestoning the front of converse!
I love its tacky goodness,
I did it about 6 months or more ago and its still going srong!

have you tried and of the Andrea Fulerton range?
do you love a tacky phone case?

let me know in the comments below!

R to L (oops!):
O.P.I Mod About You
O.P.I Coney Island Cotton Candy
O.P.I Dating A Royal
O.P.I Done out in Deco
Nails inc (Diet Coke) London

Recommended: Chanel Nouvelle Vague (I know there's loads of hype, but it really is lovely on!)

A Bit of a Let Down: O.P.I Coney Island Cotton Candy ( such a nice colour but took literally 6 coats to make opaque!)

Absolute Bargain: Nails Inc Paris & London (great colours, and fab application, free with two bottles of diet coke at boots! deffo worth it, will be going back for the other two!)

Biggest Surprise: O.P.I Mod About You ( opaque in one coat! very chuffed with that!)

Not sure they were worth it: Revlon Minted & Lilac Pastille ( not very opaque at all, and the lilac is more of a pale pink to me, and I have better mint greens, like Barry m)
Phew that's it,
I've also got quite a few china glaze on the way which I'm excited about!

Hope you like this post,
I would love to hear what you guys think!

New Arrival: Nail Varnish, Nudes and Nylons!

'ello tink
how are we all this fine Sunday??

Thought I would show you guys some recent purchases of mine!

Went on a little O.P.I kick!
found a really good store on ebay

I bought L to R:
Tickle my Francey
My Private Jet
Absolutely Alice
Mad as a Hatter
Rapidry Topcoat

I larf them all,
I especially am in love with mad as a hatter
my god its the glitteriest thing I have ever seen
however it was a NIGHTMARE to get off

Nail varnish remover didn't do a lot,
so I resorted to picking it off
and it took half the top layer of my nails with it!

So now they are all uneven and bumpy :(

thought I would show you how I store my polishes

I know its not the most organised of collections,
but I love my paul frank pouch and had to put it to use!

Talking of nail varnish,
when looking through my mothers nail polish box I found these

and she hardly ever wears nail varnish,
and I'm sure I haven't seen her wear these colours even though they are pretty old
So I have borrowed them :)

and I cant believe I forgot to take a picture
I own CHANEL PARTICULIERE
I love it,
I know I'm buying into all the hype
but its such a nice colour

I was on a waiting list for a few weeks from my local Chanel counter
and she phoned me and I went and got it!
I got a little white Chanel paper bag too,
I had a perma-smile for about 2 days!

anyway back to my new arrivals

I got this trompe l'oeil inspired dress from oasis
Its soo cute,
very comfy and easy to wear
I bought it in black with a white print as well!

I got this over sized jumper from New Look
I love its fairytale theme,
and of course nude colouring again!

It even has pearls sewn onto the frame!
I also bought it in grey,
Its over sized so I bought the size down,
Its also slightly cropped

last but not least
I bought these skirts from topshop
I bought the green one first and then went back for the black and grey/lilac
they are made from nylon and elastane
they are almost like thick tights material!
the come in one size,
and they are amazingly stretchy,

they are a really versatile design, you can wear them as a high waisted skirt, t-shirt tucked in
pull them down for a knee length pencil
or ruche it up for a mini!

phew that's it for now guys,
don't forget to scroll down and enter my 50 followers giveaway!
